Kronos Search: the lead-distribution platform running our own pipeline
Before Kronos Search, distributing prospect leads to our own sales and staffing team was manual and hard to audit: who got what, when, and whether it was actually followed up on lived in spreadsheets. We built ourselves a real system instead of asking the team to live with that any longer.
What It Does
- Leads move through a defined lifecycle — Available → Downloaded → Archived → Recycled — so nothing silently falls through.
- Distribution runs in numbered, auditable Cycles (Active / Complete / Restarted), not an ad hoc spreadsheet pass.
- Agents are assigned leads and their downloads are tracked, so distribution is fair and reviewable after the fact.
- Every action is audit-logged, with analytics and notifications layered on top.
How It's Built
A Django REST API backend with PostgreSQL (full-text search and indexing on lead data), Celery for background processing, and a Next.js/React frontend — containerized with Docker for consistent deployment. The same full-stack pattern we'd bring to a client building a custom internal platform.
This is an internal Equal To One tool, not a client deliverable — which is why it's named and detailed here rather than anonymized like the briefs on our Case Studies page.
